Lodging at Emmaus

If you requested on-campus housing, we will have a room ready on our dorm floors. These rooms are furnished with one or two single beds and a dresser. Single rooms have community washrooms; therefore, men and women will be on different floors. We do have a limited number of dorms that can accommodate married couples. We provide the bed, linens, and meals. We do not provide towels, toiletries, or an alarm clock. Lodging will be provided Thursday and Friday evening to those with on-campus registration. Lodging on Saturday evening for those with on-campus registration will be considered by request.

Meals

Buffet-style meals are included in your registration fees and will be provided from Friday morning through Saturday lunch. The conference will formally end at 3:30pm on Saturday, May 18th.

Transportation

Emmaus is about an hour and a half drive from the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) and approximately three hours from O’Hare Airport (ORD).

Weather in Dubuque

Late May in Dubuque is typically comfortable with partly cloudy skies and scattered showers. Average daily temperatures range between highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s. If traveling from warmer climates, you may wish to bring a sweater or light jacket (or dress in layers).
